Ah, a milestone

Vomit. Seems like a good rite of passage. I think it was the combination of stuff I ate. I don't know. Ick. Anyway, now I feel marginally but only marginally better. Somehow I thought you'd want to know that. In other news, um, I can't think of any other news. I don't think that was the last of it. I think I'm reporting this because I want everyone to suffer, not just me. I guess my work here is done...

Let be the start of many who give you advice :) of course as you stated it could be what you ate (have to remember those foods that trigger the yuckies); crackers really help; and ginger (in whatever form you like -ginger ale, ginger candy, ginger in food, and my favorite ginger snaps). I can sympathize, empathize, and be glad that it's your turn! Love ya.

Thanks kjack! It's nice to have sympathy. :-) Yeah I need to get some ginger, I love ginger anyway. Weirdly enough, now for two days I've hardly even felt sick. Isn't that crazy? I think having my usual yogurt, fruit, and Kashi cereal mixed together in the morning is not good -- because the last two days I had mostly protein in the morning instead, like eggs and spinach, and I felt a lot better. Love ya and thanks for the tip, I forgot about ginger.

Completely agree about the ginger!! Trader Joe's sells ginger chews that are my pregnant friends!! (: Good luck... it IS weird, though, how you don't feel sick and you get the pukes. So fun! (But wait until week 13, then it miraculously changes, at least it did for me! Hang in there!)

I wore Sea Bands. They are ugly but the little nub that puts pressure on the inside of your wrists works like a dream. It really helped me. You can get them at the drug store. Good Luck!

I always like a post that starts out with the word “vomit”
Kind perks your interest right away. I was going to add “or should I say pukes your interest “but that would be immature & stupid so I won’t say that.

So who is this Ginger you keep talking about? She must be a really nice and calming person.
I would like to meet her the next time I vomit.

Yes, blogball, you should really get to know her. She is supposed to help you not vomit, though...if you already are, she failed you. Thanks for the encouragement, left coast, gina, and lois! I'm feeling better now and it does seem miraculous. I'm only sometimes queasy and usually not! Woohoo!
